We have been using Mark as our primary auto care shop. Fortunately, we found them in 2005 so we have had excellent service for 20+ years. Mark is conscious and detail orientated with his work. His level of experience is hard to find. Some shop owners are not good with people. Mark is super friendly, and ready to help wherever he can. He is trustworthy as he finds problems and knows exactly how to fix whatever is needed or recommends a place to go. (body work, etc) We LOVE leaving great reviews and Mark and Wendy have definitely earned our trust many times over. When we own Japanese vehicles, he is a specialist. He works on many types of cars, just look at his website to view the makes/models. Wendy is the most organized office attendant and gets details upfront and knows when to get Mark to the front desk if something is complex. They schedule car repairs to meet car owner's expectations. Conveniently located in the Grassland area on exit 12/13 off 400 in Alpharetta, but near Cumming. We are happy to have the opportunity to leave our decades of experience with Mark and Wendy at Fast Automotive. They are just good, honest, hardworking people. Thank you!!

This was the best auto repair service I have had in a long time. I will not be returning to the dealer unless absolutely necessary. I was sure I would be without my car for a few days and to my surprise, I had it back within a few hours. Thanks for great service Mark and team!!! I'll be back

My name is John Bartkowski and I am not good at writing reviews. All that I can say about Fast Automotive is that it is an excellent auto repair shop. Mark took extremely great care of me. I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne and he was able to fix my emmison problem. I had taken my car to a number of shops and none of them were able to fix this problem. I had to take the car back once and that was it. No more engine light. Mark and his mechanic Glen spent over 4 hours to trace the problem and it has been 4 months since the repair and my car passed the emmison's test. It turned out to be 2 bad sensors and a burnt out wire. The other shops did not take the time to trace the problem. I spent over $500.00 at the other shops and when I went back to them because the check engine light came back on they wanted to charge me more money (No Warranty) on their work. Not even a month and the engine light came back on and it was the same code for an Eval leak. They changed a motor mount, power steering pump reinstalled my front rotors (the other shop installed them incorrectly. These are special rotors with holes drilled in them and grooves. The grooves are supposed to be installed in a certain direction, there is a right and left rotor, the mechanic noticed that they were installed incorrectly). I probably shouldn't say this but Mark didn't charge me for reinstalling the discs. I have a heater issue and after 3 hours of labor time trying to find the problem, he looked up what could be causing the problem and he was about 90% sure that it was the heater core. With my car the whole dashboard has to be removed and he was honest and said that the job was to big and he recommended another repair shop that was more equipped to handle the job. (Again no charge). As I said at the beginning of this long review Fast Automotive is an excellent shop with people who are honest and truly care about their customers I was extremely lucky for the way that Mark treated me. I know that he needs to make money and I feel guilty for the fact that on 2 repairs he didn't charge me. I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for the way that you treated me Mark. Mark and his staff have been working on my cars for over 15 years. Reliable and trustworthy. Unlike, some shops, they don’t try to up-sale you into repairs that aren’t necessary. Especially good with Asian brands. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and services.

Mark is a mechanic with integrity. He will give you an honest assessment of your car's issue and repair it with a fair price. I would not even think about going anywhere else. This is the reason he has been in business so long.

I went to 4 auto shops, he was the only one able to fix the issue. Happy!!
