My name is John Bartkowski and I am not good at writing reviews. All that I can say about Fast Automotive is that it is an excellent auto repair shop. Mark took extremely great care of me. I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne and he was able to fix my emmison problem. I had taken my car to a number of shops and none of them were able to fix this problem. I had to take the car back once and that was it. No more engine light. Mark and his mechanic Glen spent over 4 hours to trace the problem and it has been 4 months since the repair and my car passed the emmison's test. It turned out to be 2 bad sensors and a burnt out wire. The other shops did not take the time to trace the problem. I spent over $500.00 at the other shops and when I went back to them because the check engine light came back on they wanted to charge me more money (No Warranty) on their work. Not even a month and the engine light came back on and it was the same code for an Eval leak. They changed a motor mount, power steering pump reinstalled my front rotors (the other shop installed them incorrectly. These are special rotors with holes drilled in them and grooves. The grooves are supposed to be installed in a certain direction, there is a right and left rotor, the mechanic noticed that they were installed incorrectly). I probably shouldn't say this but Mark didn't charge me for reinstalling the discs. I have a heater issue and after 3 hours of labor time trying to find the problem, he looked up what could be causing the problem and he was about 90% sure that it was the heater core. With my car the whole dashboard has to be removed and he was honest and said that the job was to big and he recommended another repair shop that was more equipped to handle the job. (Again no charge). As I said at the beginning of this long review Fast Automotive is an excellent shop with people who are honest and truly care about their customers I was extremely lucky for the way that Mark treated me. I know that he needs to make money and I feel guilty for the fact that on 2 repairs he didn't charge me. I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for the way that you treated me Mark.
