Mark is always so accommodating and can quickly diagnose the problem. He always takes the vehicle for a spin to make sure everything works as it should, as well as listening for any potential problems. He will even say let it go for a few thousand miles and we'll check it again, to save me money. I've always considered his pricing to be fair.
