I'm new to the area, and I'm glad I found Mark. He is pretty honest and has gained my trust. I've had to repair two cars in a very short period of time, and his charges were very reasonable, and he turned the car around in less than a day. He is very personable and pleasant to work with. It was 89 degrees and our AC wasn't working - we pulled up to the shop at the end of the afternoon and the owner was just getting ready to go to a doctor's appointment and was leaving but when I told him what was happening, he stopped and said, "I might have a few minutes" and re-charged our AC so that we could be comfortable. I found out later that without us asking, he added some dye to the coolant so that if we ever decide to have it fixed, we could easily identify where the leak was - which would in turn save us money. This is truly an honest mechanic and a company that puts their customers first!
