They will work with you in many ways, they are very reasonably priced and most of all the are reliable. Their work is always high quality and professional. My dashboard lights and back parking lights kept going out and the fuses kept blowing out. I had no back lights so I couldn't drive at night. Other mechanics gave me a song and a dance. Mark told me where his shop was, I was there in 10 minutes and he quickly found the problem and fixed it within a half hour. Now that's a knowledgeable, fair, and honest person in the automotive industry! i have an older japanese car, love it, and don't want to have new car payments so I will inevitably need things done. Mark is the person I trust and will go to from now on. I highly recommend him!
